Rule: Last digit is 0.
Example 1: Is 3,47,920 divisible by 10? Last digit = 0 → Yes (347920÷10=34792 exact). Example 2: Is 45,673 divisible by 10? Last digit = 3 → No (and, unlike the 2- and 5-rules, there is no partial credit here: any last digit other than 0 immediately rules out divisibility by 10).
