Appendix — Exam Traps & Memory Aids for MTS/CHSL

How to Use This Final Practice Set
This chapter is different from the rest of the book. There is no new theory here, just 40 original mixed-subject questions covering History, Geography, Polity, Science, Computer Awareness, Static GK, and Current Affairs, roughly matching the spread you will actually see in the SSC MTS and CHSL General Awareness sections.
Treat this set as your own personal mini-mock. Set a timer for 20 minutes, exactly what these 40 questions would roughly cost you inside a real paper, and attempt every question without checking the answer key first. Do not look up an answer mid-way, that defeats the purpose. Once you finish, or once the timer ends, whichever comes first, mark your answers against the key and read every single reason line, even for questions you got right. A right answer with a wrong reason in your head is a trap waiting to trigger again in the real exam.
Pay special attention to any subject area where you got two or more questions wrong. That is your genuine weak zone, not a random mistake, and it deserves a proper revisit in your notes before exam day. Use this set again a week before your exam as a final confidence check, ideally without looking at your first attempt's answers, and compare your score and your speed. Improvement here is one of the clearest signals that your preparation is actually working, not just accumulating.
