These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pareeksha.in and the services on it. By using Pareeksha you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Pareeksha provides mock tests, practice questions, current-affairs content and study material for SSC, RRB, banking, AP Police and similar competitive exams. We offer a free tier and paid access to additional mock tests and features.
2. Accounts
You sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be a genuine individual aspirant. Accounts may not be shared, resold, or used to scrape content.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly post our questions, solutions or content.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not upload malicious code, attack the platform, or disrupt other users.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Paid access
Paid plans unlock the features described at the point of purchase for the stated duration. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access is granted once payment is confirmed. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Content accuracy
We work hard to keep questions and solutions accurate and aligned with exam patterns, but we do not guarantee any particular result, rank, or selection. Content is provided for practice and educational purposes. If you spot an error, use the in-app report option.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software on Pareeksha are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own exam preparation.
7. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
