- Download your data — signed in, download a JSON copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct your details — change your name, email and preparation profile in Dashboard → Settings.
- Withdraw consent — turn off WhatsApp updates in Settings, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or choose Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing and never affects your access to tests.

Ask us
Use the form below for anything you cannot do yourself: a correction we cannot make for you, erasure by email, nominating another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to (s.14), a question about how your data is used, or a complaint. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is really you before acting.
