What is Pareeksha?
Pareeksha (pareeksha.in) is a free, ad-free online mock test platform for Indian government-exam aspirants, covering SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC MTS, SSC GD Constable, RRB NTPC, RRB Group D, RRB ALP, IBPS Clerk, SBI Clerk and AP Police Constable/SI. Every question is bilingual, switchable between English and Hindi mid-test.
How much does Pareeksha cost?
The core test series is free to start. Full access to every mock test, topic-wise practice set and the Reading Room costs ₹99/year — a fraction of what most competitors charge (₹500–1,500+/year) — with no ads at any tier.
Why is a percentile on Pareeksha more trustworthy than on other apps?
Most test-series apps generate a randomized question pool per user, so no two attempts are really comparable and the "percentile" is an estimate. Pareeksha uses fixed papers — everyone who attempts a given mock sits the exact same questions in the same order — so the all-India percentile and rank shown after your attempt is a real comparison against everyone else who took that paper, not a randomized approximation.
Which exams does Pareeksha cover?
SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC MTS, SSC GD Constable, RRB NTPC, RRB Group D, RRB ALP, IBPS Clerk, SBI Clerk, and AP Police Constable/SI, with more exams being added over time. Each exam has its own guide covering pattern, syllabus, marking scheme and cut-off trends.

Do I need to sign up to try a mock test?
No — a demo test and the stress-free practice-set mode are open without an account. Signing in (with Google) is needed to save your attempt history, see your dashboard, and unlock the full ₹99/year catalog.
How mock tests work
What is negative marking and how does it apply on Pareeksha mocks?
Negative marking deducts part of a mark for a wrong answer, matching each real exam's official scheme (for example, SSC papers typically deduct 0.5 marks per wrong answer, RRB NTPC deducts one-third of a mark). Pareeksha mocks replicate the exact marking scheme of the exam being practiced, and unattempted questions are never penalized.
What is the difference between percentile and rank?
Rank is your position among everyone who attempted that specific paper (e.g. rank 340 out of 12,000). Percentile tells you what proportion of attempts you outperformed (e.g. the 94th percentile means you scored higher than 94% of everyone who took that paper). Both are shown after every full-length mock on Pareeksha.
Can I review my answers and see solutions after a test?
Yes — every attempt opens a review screen with your score, percentile, section-wise breakdown, and a worked solution for each question, in whichever language (English or Hindi) you prefer.
Does Pareeksha have topic-wise practice, not just full mock tests?
Yes — the Practice by Topic section lets you drill a single topic (like Percentages, Time & Work, or Coding-Decoding) in a shorter, lower-pressure format, separate from full 100-question timed mocks.
Is there current-affairs content for General Awareness sections?
Yes — the Current Affairs section publishes a bilingual daily digest specifically aimed at the General Awareness/General Knowledge sections of SSC and RRB exams.

What data does Pareeksha store about me?
