Delete your Pareeksha account

You can delete your Pareeksha account at any time. This applies to accounts created on pareeksha.in and in the Pareeksha Android app — they are the same account.

1. In the Android app

1. Open the menu (☰) and tap Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.

2. On the website

Sign in, open Dashboard → Settings, and use Delete account.

3. By email (no sign-in needed)

Email info@pareeksha.in from the email address on your account, or include the WhatsApp number you sign in with. We verify the request, delete the account, and confirm by email.

4. What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number and profile photo.
• Your optional preparation profile (city, qualification, target exams and similar answers).
• Your notifications, saved sign-ins and every active session on the site and the app.

5. What is kept, and why

• Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, without your name or contact details attached.
• Test attempts and scores are kept in anonymised form, because removing them would change other students’ ranks and percentiles. They can no longer be linked to you.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to stop messages, you can instead turn off WhatsApp updates in your website Settings. Questions: info@pareeksha.in. See also our Privacy Policy.
