A can do a work in 18 days, B in 27 days. Together for 6 days, then A leaves. How many more days for B?

Combined rate=1/18+1/27=5/54. Work done in 6 days=30/54=5/9. Remaining=4/9. B alone (1/27) takes (4/9)/(1/27)=12 days.
