Correct answer: (D) One
In LIMEADE, vowels I,E,A,E each shift +1 letter (I->J, E->F, A->B, E->F) and consonants L,M,D each shift -1 letter (L->K, M->L, D->C), giving K,J,L,F,B,C,F. Only the letter F appears twice, so exactly one letter appears twice.
