LCM of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 seconds = 240 seconds = 4 minutes, so all five bells toll together every 4 minutes. From 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. is 180 minutes. Counting every 4-minute mark from 0 to 180 inclusive (0, 4, 8, ..., 180) gives 180/4 + 1 = 46 times.
