Correct answer: (A) Mother's mother's brother

H–I means H is brother of I; I+O means I is wife of O; O*D means O is father of D; D×J means D is mother of J. So I is the mother of D, and D is the mother of J — making I the maternal grandmother of J, and H, being I's brother, is J's mother's mother's brother.
