In quadrilateral PQRS, the bisectors of ∠R and ∠S meet at the point T (inside the quadrilateral) and ∠STR = 48°. If the ratio of ∠P to ∠Q is 3 : 5, then what is the difference between the measures of ∠Q and ∠P?

∠STR = 180° − (R+S)/2 → 48 = 180 − (R+S)/2 → R+S = 264°. So P+Q = 360−264 = 96°; with P:Q=3:5, P=36°, Q=60°, difference = 24°.
