Correct answer: (D) 6 10/11 hours
In the first 4 hours, combined rate (1/10+1/12−1/15) fills 4×(11/60) = 44/60 = 11/15 of the tank; remaining 4/15 is filled at rate (1/10+1/12)=11/60 taking (4/15)/(11/60) = 32/11 hours. Total time = 4 + 32/11 = 6 10/11 hours.
