Correct answer: (D) Only conclusion I follows.
From 'Some Flowers are rivers' and 'All rivers are dogs', it validly follows that 'Some Flowers are dogs' (I). However 'All dogs are Flowers' (II) cannot follow since a universal statement can't be reversed. So only conclusion I follows.
