A train of length 384 metres crosses an electric pole in 12 seconds and crosses another train of the same length travelling in the opposite direction in 12 seconds. What is the speed of the second train?

First train speed = 384/12 = 32 m/s. Combined length crossing the second train = 768 m in 12s ⟹ relative speed = 64 m/s. Second train speed = 64−32 = 32 m/s.
