The correct answer is option 3 i.e., (A) is correct but (R) is wrong. Steapsin is also known as lipase which is a digestive enzyme responsible for the digestion of fat and carbohydrates that is secreted by the pancreas. It contributes to breaking down fat into fatty acid and glycerol. The bile emulsifies the fat and then the breaking down of fat is carried out by the pancreatic lipase. Amalyse is also an enzyme that acts on carbohydrates and helps in its digestion which is secreted by mouth as well as pancreas.
