The AP Agriculture Department describes Annadatha Sukhibhava-PM Kisan as farm investment support combining the state initiative with the Union PM-Kisan component. Its Tirupati district page states an annual Rs 20,000 figure including Rs 6,000 from PM-Kisan. The February 2026 budget speech reports Rs 20,000 support during 2025-26 for 46.86 lakh farmer families. Do not add the central Rs 6,000 again to the stated Rs 20,000 total.
Farm investment support can help pay for seed, fertiliser, labour or small equipment before harvest revenue arrives. It does not itself guarantee a crop price, crop-insurance claim or irrigation water. The underlying list requires agricultural and identity records, and operational conditions can differ between state and central components. The beneficiary unit in the budget speech is a farmer family, not an individual acre.
For exam recall, separate benefit amount, funding source, payment stage and beneficiary count. If a question asks about a tenant or excluded category, consult current guidelines rather than assuming that every person cultivating land receives both shares.
Worked example: Under Annadatha Sukhibhava-PM Kisan, the stated annual package includes a Union component. If a question gives the total package and the PM-Kisan portion, subtract to understand the state component instead of adding them. A farmer's eligibility still turns on the current scheme rules and verification. A family-level annual amount is not proof that every installment reached every account on the same date.
Active recall: What is included in the Rs 20,000 figure? Why should a PM-Kisan share not be added a second time?
