Under the scheme, eligible farmer families receive a total of ₹20,000 per year to support agricultural costs. This is funded jointly, with the Andhra Pradesh government contributing ₹14,000 and the central PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme providing ₹6,000 in three installments. This first installment comprises ₹5,000 from the state budget and ₹2,000 from PM-Kisan.

The funds are sent via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to Aadhaar-linked accounts. Eligible land owners and forest right holders (RoFR) can verify their payment and eKYC status on the official website annadathasukhibhava.ap.gov.in or by calling the helpline at 1902.
