AMARAVATI, August 4 — The Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board (APSLPRB) is widely expected to issue the detailed notifications for Constable, Sub-Inspector (SI), and Jail Warder recruitments by mid-August 2026.
According to preliminary details in the state's hiring calendar, the recruitment drive seeks to fill over 3,200 posts across Civil and Armed Reserve (APSP) cadres. The online application portal will be hosted on slprb.ap.gov.in.
The selection pattern will consist of a Preliminary Written Test, Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and a Final Written Examination. Local language eligibility and height/chest physical parameters will be specified for different posts.
Candidates preparing for AP Police jobs are advised to begin physical training and organize native community and nativity certificates in advance.
