EUGENE (USA), August 9 — Indian track and field athlete Ashish Yadav won the silver medal in the men's javelin throw event at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Eugene, Oregon.
Yadav secured the second spot with a personal best throw of 78.42 metres on his third attempt, finishing behind the gold medalist from Ukraine. The achievement highlights India's growing strength in throwing events at junior international levels.
