Centred around the theme 'Culture of Integrity for Nation's Prosperity', the apex anti-corruption watchdog mandated a three-month intensive operational cleanup across all central ministries, public sector enterprises, and nationalised banks. The directive focuses on four measurable parameters: 100% procurement migration to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), time-bound disposal of pending disciplinary inquiries, complete digitization of internal inventory records, and systematic verification of Annual Immovable Property Returns (AIPR).
The Central Vigilance Commissioner underlined that institutionalizing systemic transparency and end-to-end digital audit trails eliminates administrative discretion, dismantling corruption avenues while fostering public accountability across government services.
The statutory evolution of the Central Vigilance Commission (constituted in 1964 following the K. इस वर्ष के सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह का आधिकारिक विषय 'राष्ट्र की समृद्धि के लिए सत्यनिष्ठा की संस्कृति' (Culture of Integrity for Nation's Prosperity) निर्धारित किया गया है। आयोग ने सभी केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों (PSUs) और राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों को एक विशेष तीन-महीने का पूर्व-अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिया है, जिसमें सार्वजनिक खरीद में शत-प्रतिशत ई-निविदा (GeM पोर्टल), लंबित शिकायतों का समयबद्ध निवारण, आंतरिक ऑडिट का डिजिटलीकरण, और अधिकारियों की वार्षिक अचल संपत्ति विवरण (AIPR) की ऑनलाइन समीक्षा शामिल है।
