SHIMLA, October 4 — The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has officially published the date-sheet for the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS) Combined Competitive Main Written Examination 2026. The examination is scheduled to be held from December 12 to December 19, 2026 across designated centers in Shimla.
Candidates who cleared the preliminary screening will appear for descriptive papers including General English, General Hindi, Essay, three General Studies papers, and two optional subject papers, aggregating 900 marks. Successful examinees will subsequently be invited for the personality test carrying 150 marks to fill administrative officer, police service, and revenue officer vacancies.
E-admit cards will be made accessible on the commission's official portal approximately two weeks prior to the commencement of the examinations. The Commission has reaffirmed strict compliance with anti-unfair means regulations and biometric verification at test venues.
