BHOPAL, October 4 — The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has entered the final phase of online submissions for the recruitment of 7,500 Constable (General Duty), Special Armed Force (SAF), and Subedar/Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) vacancies across the state police department, with the portal set to close between October 6 and October 8, 2026.
Eligible candidates must have passed the 10th or 12th standard examinations from a recognized board, with relevant technical trade certificates or IT qualifications mandated for technical and radio posts. The recruitment framework comprises a 100-mark single-stage Computer Based Test covering General Knowledge & Reasoning, Intellectual Ability & Mental Aptitude, and Science & Elementary Arithmetic, followed by an electronically scored Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST).
The Board reminded applicants to verify that their active MP Employment Portal (Rojgar Panjiyan) registration and Aadhaar-linked e-KYC credentials match their application profile to ensure seamless admit card issuance. Appointees will enter at Pay Level 4 with a scale of ₹19,500–₹62,000 plus usual state allowances.
State police recruitment structures, physical efficiency scoring systems, and statutory recruitment agencies are vital knowledge areas for state service and police aspirants. Candidates should note that MPESB serves as the apex subordinate testing agency for the Government of Madhya Pradesh for non-gazetted technical and ministerial recruitments.
