What is the APPSC Executive Officer Gr-III syllabus?
Paper I has ten degree-level items: current events, general science, history and geography of India with an Andhra Pradesh focus, polity, economy, environment, disaster management, reasoning and data analysis. Paper II has twelve items: the Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavatham and Puranas, the Agamas, festivals, fine arts, Vedic culture, the Alvars, Nayanars and acharyas, family structure and succession, and the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act No. 30 of 1987) with the Record of Rights provisions.
What is a good APPSC Executive Officer Gr-III cut-off?
No 2026 cut-offs exist yet. In the 2025 cycle (Notification 10/2025) the written test was held on 11 February 2026 and the Commission published marks of the selected candidates in July 2026; those marks are not a guide to this cycle. The 2025 notification set minimum qualifying aggregate marks of 40 percent for OC, ex-servicemen and EWS, 35 percent for BC and 30 percent for SC, ST and PBD; check whether the same applies in 2026.
How should I prepare for APPSC Executive Officer Gr-III?
Paper II is a subject paper that general-studies aspirants often skip. Read the Endowments Act itself, especially Sections 29, 57 and 75 to 86, and learn the epics, Agamas and teachers block by block. The 2026 test is online, unlike the 2025 OMR test, so practise on screen. A ten-week plan works: two weeks on the notification and Act, three on Paper II, three on Paper I and two on timed sets, with daily typing practice for the CPT.
