Register once on OTPR at psc.ap.gov.in, then submit the online application on the same site. The detailed notification (age, fee, physical standards) is due on or before the application start date; read it before paying.

Exam pattern
Single-level online test (CBRT), no screening test, degree standard. Paper I General Studies and Mental Ability (150 questions, 150 marks, 150 min); Paper II Subject (150 questions, 150 marks, 150 min); total 300. One-third negative marking.
