NEW DELHI, September 15 — The 18th BRICS Summit concluded in New Delhi under India's presidency, culminating in the unanimous adoption of the landmark New Delhi Declaration.

Chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the summit brought together leaders from member nations to discuss global economic recovery, reformed multilateralism, digital public infrastructure, and climate action. The declaration reaffirmed commitments to expanding local currency trade settlements, strengthening supply chain resilience, and establishing a BRICS Climate Action Framework.

PM Modi emphasized that BRICS must lead global efforts in AI governance, counter-terrorism cooperation, and inclusive economic growth.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित इस शिखर सम्मेलन में सदस्य देशों के नेताओं ने वैश्विक आर्थिक सुधार, सुधारित बहुपक्षवाद, डिजिटल सार्वजनिक अवसंरचना और जलवायु कार्रवाई पर चर्चा की। घोषणापत्र में स्थानीय मुद्रा व्यापार बस्तियों के विस्तार, आपूर्ति श्रृंखला लचीलेपन को मजबूत करने और एक ब्रिक्स जलवायु कार्रवाई ढांचे की स्थापना की प्रतिबद्धताओं को दोहराया गया।

पीएम मोदी ने जोर देकर कहा कि ब्रिक्स को एआई शासन, आतंकवाद विरोधी सहयोग और समावेशी आर्थिक विकास में वैश्विक प्रयासों का नेतृत्व करना चाहिए।
