NEW DELHI, September 15 — The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA & NA II) 2026 and Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS II) 2026 at designated test centres across India.
Lakhs of defence aspirants appeared for the offline written examinations evaluating Mathematics, General Ability, and English. Candidates qualifying the written stage will advance to the Service Selection Board (SSB) interview process conducted by the Ministry of Defence.
Successful candidates will gain entry into the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the NDA, Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy (AFA).
